The problem it solves

The events of a place live on dozens of public sources that do not talk to each other: council sites, theatres, associations, libraries, neighbourhood pages. Finding them requires already knowing where to look, which is exactly what somebody looking does not know.

How it works

It gathers, normalises and deduplicates. Every event carries the source it came from, with its address, so a wrong piece of information can be attributed to whoever published it instead of remaining an anonymous error. When two sources disagree about the same event, the system does not choose in silence.

What it does not do

It does not invent events, does not fill missing fields with estimates, and does not show an event without saying where it came from. A radar that guesses is a radar nobody can use to decide whether to leave the house.
