How a small engagement works

The scope is agreed in writing, the people who are needed do the work, and it ends. No structure around a project that does not call for one: a website, a business plan, a first automation, a document that has to come out well made.

What does not change with size

What we deliver can be verified, and the documentation of how it works is part of the delivery even when the delivery is small. That is why a small project does not leave behind something nobody knows how to maintain.

When it is better to say no

If the problem is solved by a tool that already exists, we say so. An engagement that was not needed is an engagement the client remembers badly.
